We are local North Texas residents who buy properties off-market for cash. As North DFW keeps growing, we would like it to hang on to the small-town neighbourly feel we all grew up with. We became investors here because we are proud of the community we live in, and because we enjoy finding a solution that actually fits the person in front of us.

We think life is too short not to be positive. We try to be 1% better every day — for our families, for our friends, for ourselves, and for the people we work with.
