I had a home to sell in North Texas and live about 5 hours away. It took a little time on my part with a tenant and potential purchaser that did not work out. During the entire time, Mr. Fernandes remained in touch and was entirely understanding and easygoing. When the correct time to sell arrived, he negotiated a fair price with every part of the transaction handled very professionally and timely.

I forgot to mention — we didn't have to drive to McKinney, the Notary came to our home! The money was in the bank later that same day!
